Does booking through Autivo cost anything?
No. Autivo is free for drivers. You pay for the work directly at the garage, at the price you agree with them.
Do I need an account?
No. You fill in your name, phone and email in the booking form, and the garage's reply comes by email.
What happens if the garage suggests another time?
You get an email with the suggested time. If it suits you, accept it from the link in the email; if not, you can cancel the request from the same link.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open the link in the email you received and choose “Cancel the booking”. The garage is told.
