Do I need to install anything?

No. The app opens in the browser, at app.autivo.ro, on a computer, tablet or phone.

How do drivers find me?

Your garage has a page on autivo.ro with its services, hours and free times. Drivers find you there and send a request; you see it in the app and answer.

How does e-Factura work?

Invoices issued in the app are sent to SPV in the e-Factura format, and the status received from ANAF is shown next to each invoice.
