In the Autivo app
Open the app, go to Account and tap “Delete account”. Confirm with your password. The account is deleted at once.
Without the app
Write to us from the account’s email address, with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done: contact@autivo.ro
What is deleted
The account (email address, name, phone and password), the registered phones, the account’s inbox messages and the notification settings.
What stays
The garages you visited keep the client record, the cars, the invoices, the appointments and the messages about orders, where you show without a name: these are their documents, which the law requires them to keep. For those, write to the garage.
